These terms govern your use of the Trainova platform at trainova.ai(the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service you agree to be bound by them.
The Service
Trainova is a SaaS platform for designing training content, running pre and post assessments, and operating a branded learning hub for your trainees. We provide the platform on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
Free trial
Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan or let the trial expire — accounts that aren’t upgraded within thirty days of trial expiry are deleted.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata to the end of your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. You can cancel at any time; we do not issue refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach our security
- Reverse engineer or resell the Service
- Send spam or use learner data outside your training programme
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being abused.
Intellectual property
We own the Trainova platform, its code, and its design. You own all content you upload — your training materials, assessments, and learner data remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.
Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in Amman. Where mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law in your country of residence provides more protection, that local law also applies to you to the extent required.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version with an updated effective date and, for material changes, give existing customers at least thirty days’ notice by email.
